Safe High-Voltage Connections and Compact PCB Assembly

VOLTtec® insulated screws and spacers make it possible to create reliable high-voltage systems for use in e-mobility and energy storage applications. The insulated screw ensures low contact resistance and high contact force as well as touch protection up to 1,000 V – even when subjected to vibration and temperature variations. VOLTtec® PCB-spacers ensure defined distances and electrical decoupling of stacked printed circuit boards in limited installation spaces. The result: Insulation against voltage breakdown in extremely confined spaces that is suitable for automated assembly.
