    • Fastening elements and processes based on the established TSSD® technology, developed specifically for the aerospace industry for joining lightweight sandwich structures 
    • Main application: thermoplastic or thermoset sandwich structures with honeycomb core
    • Extremely fast installation process (< 10 seconds), as no component preparation and curing times need to be observed (single step process)
    • TSSD® available with imperial threaded insert or as full-plastic version for direct fastening
    • Weight savings thanks to the use of polymer materials
    • Meets the standards applied for aerospace inserts
